New Chelsea signing, Samuel Eto’o joined his new teammates at the Chelsea training ground in Cobham on Wednesday.
The Cameroonian international was supposed to be injured and is purported to have quit international football (for the umpteenth time) after the Lions’ 1-0 victory over Libya last Sunday trained without any injury concerns on Wednesday.
Chelsea completed the swoop for the Cameroon forward on a one-year deal to bolster their attacking options.
Chelsea could be without Eden Hazard and Oscar because of injuries with their national sides.
The former Barcelona star took a pay cut to join the Stamford Bridge club from Anzhi where he was on a £17 million salary which has been slashed to £7million a year after he joined Chelsea.
