He may be in a UK prison serving time for money laundering but that didn't stop his 55th birthday party from taking place yesterday Sunday July 4th. It was a gathering of the who is who in Delta State as family, friends, political associates, traditional rulers and captains of industries gathered to celebrate the 55th birthday ceremony of the former Delta State governor in his country home, Oghara.See more pictures below:
