Hon Chidi Lloyd assisted to court yesterday 

Having watched in amazement and dismay, the video clip of the affray in the Rivers State House of Assembly and the "commando style" assault by the Commando-in-Chief (or should I say Chief-of STAFF...lol) Hon. Chidi Lloyd on his fellow member of the house, Hon. Michael Chinda; it was shocking to get reports that he was in court yesterday aided by two persons, as he could not walk on his own.

There has been claims and counter claims that he was brutally tortured by the police, with Evans Bipi boasting that he beat up Hon. Chidi Lloyd.

This whole fracas climaxed when the impeachment plans against the Speaker of the House took the "by fire by thunder approach".


*I am quite sure that if the house MACE was still in the hands of Mr. Lloyd, he might just have been bouncing straight in to the court room with his head held high* (thinking out loud). :D
