Famous Yoruba comic actor, Olaniyi Afonja also known as Sanyeri and
her long-time fiance, Awawu Omolara Jimoh got married yesterday December
1st, 2013.
The event which took place at the Anchor Events centre, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos was attended by his colleagues, friends, family members and dignitaries.
Sanyeri and his wife who have been living together for 8 years are blessed with 2 children.

However, some guests complained that the event did not quite match up to the grandeur expected from the star.
Citing the aso-ebi which served as a gate pass, some of them were
left bewildered after learning that the inferior-quality aso-ebi which
shouldn’t cost more than N2,500 was sold to them for N20,000 (the actor
made them pay into his account before giving them).
The tribal-marked actor has also sold his wedding footage to a movie marketer; EXEL for N1million.
It is expected to hit the stands soon.
