Musician-turned-pastor, Chris Okotie is in the news again.
The head preacher at the Household of God Church in Lagos is reported to have told his congregation that “all Catholics will go to hell.”
Reverend Okotie is said to have preached this message as part of his Sunday sermon and tasked his church members with the task of evangelizing to adherents of the Catholic faith in a bid to rescue them.
He also added that his message was preached out of respect for the word of God.
The former presidential candidate under the now defunct Fresh Party has been known to be controversial with his famous prophecies.

According to reports, the incident led to Okotie being invited by ex-IGP, Mike Okiro, who was at the time the Commissioner of Police in Lagos.
