#BBAthechase :Just before evictions take place

The housemates in the ongoing Big Brother Africa reality TV show keep up the drama, even as the first evictions loom.

The Diamonds and Rubies had an unusual task on Thursday. In response to a directive from the Big Brother to proceed on a speed date, all the housemates went into the garden where they were made to sit by a candlelit table. The ladies sat on one side of the table where seven hearts had been placed, while the men sat on the opposite side where they were seven roses.
Each of the housemates were given only two minutes to date the opposite sex. At the end of the date, the ladies rated each man good or bad. At a point, it seemed that Bolt and Denzel, both of them from Diamond House, were the hot favourites among the women.

A similar drama was enacted among the Rubies with muscle men, LK4 and O’Neal each warming up to the women with their charms.
But the housemates, especially the men, had to spend the rest of the day wondering who will be rated highest among them. The results of the speed date will be made known today.
Also, possible evictee, Denzel, got fellow housemates really amused when he made an Avatar in the shape of the male sex organ as a gift for the person he liked most in the House.
Other housemates were not only shocked at his creation, they were also speechless. But Denzel, who was half-naked most of the time, roamed about in his tight mini boxers that showed off the bulge between his legs as if he had no care in the world. His gift, no doubt, stood out from the others, which were supposed to be a smaller version of the maker and have all the elements that make them unique.
Trust naija na we no they .... None of our reps are up for eviction. Osheee..

s if that was not enough, Denzel took to the Diary session with a hilarious description of why he had chosen that particular creation.
“It is the male reproductive organ in its full glory, which serves as a reminder that no matter how high you get in life, you should not forget the people you started off with, even if they are nuts”, he told Big Brother.
And when asked to comment on how he felt about being up for eviction, he said, “I seem to deliver best under pressure.”
After he left the Diary room, Denzel tore his shirt off and dived into a bed next to Kenya’s Huddah who immediately started fondling his nipples. He let her play with them for a while before getting up to join the rest of the housemates in the lounge.
Earlier, while the rest of the Rubies were gathered in the kitchen to eat breakfast, Natasha was busy counselling two female housemates on the virtues of tolerance, patience and perseverance.
She told them that they would need to imbibe these virtues if they desired to last long in the contest, adding that they should not forget that they were temporarily lumped with other people of different character and temperament. The fellow housemates listened to her with rapt attention and afterwards, jump up to show their appreciation with a hug.
Unfortunately, acting more mature than most other housemates, Natasha is already up for possible eviction on Sunday. The other nominated housemates are Selly from Ghana, Natasha from Malawi, Denzel from Uganda, Betty from Ethiopia, and our very own Huddah from Kenya.
Selly was particularly devastated at her nomination, bursting into tears after realising she could possibly be on her way home. Sierra Leone’s Bassey’s name had originally been called out for nomination, but Ruby’s Head-of-House, Beverly went into the Diary Room and saved him, putting Natasha in his place.
Betty was also a swap, having been nominated by Diamond’s Head-of-House, Feza, who chose her to save Elikem.
Huddah got seven nominations, the highest in the Diamond house. Her fellow housemates claimed she was ‘shallow minded, self-centered and inconsiderate.’ Elikem was nominated for being a strong competitor, while Denzel was charged with disrespecting women.

Do You really have what it takes to be an artiste?

Music is a universal language,no matter the genre it has the power to
touch the deepest parts of the heart. It also has transformed the lives
of so many although it has later turned out to bring the downfall of
some.

Little wonder we have so many artistes today not only in Nigeria but
the whole world but i would just like to pose a few questions to the
"wannabe" artiste.

1. Do you really love music?:When you have love for something, you
don't make monetary gratification the sole reason for doing
it.Unfortunately in this part of the the world most people go into
music because they feel its the quickest route to riches,if you are in
this category,i am sorry to say this but you won't get far.

2. Do you have any form of education?: The importance of education
cannot be overemphasized in any industry,as an artiste you would do
well to have an education, you might say"well some of the richest
artistes today dropped out of school"but if you watch closely most of
them are going back to get their Diplomas and Degrees,so do your best
to get any form of education, even if it is OND.You will need it.

3.What Genre of music will you go into?:This is one question that i
always like to ask anyone i know who wants to go into music,if its Hip
Hop,RnB,Fuji,Dancehall,
Traditional even"pangolo"music,let your
audience know.

4.Are you willing to expand your horizon?:This is a bit linked to
question "3",just because you do a particular genre it doesn't mean
you shouldn't branch out to other genres but it is advisable you limit
it to collaborations,we all heard what M.I and Flavour did,Jay Z and
Linkin Park,Nelly and Tim McGraw. These artistes fused their different
genres and gave us beautiful music without losing their identity.

I will like to stop here for now but after pondering over these
question."Do you really have what it takes to be an artiste?"

Till next time,in the words of John Cena"Never Give Up".

I Need A Boyfriend Urgently And I Don't Care If We Have S̩x The First Time РKaren Igho |how can you get one showing half your breast?

How can you get a boyfriend showing half your breast, what is left to see??
In a recent outburst this  what kareen had to say,but to be honest who would date her??

"How long can you stay with out séx?
Let's be realistic here. Does it really matter who calls or text who first. Does it really matter if you had séx the first time you met? What will be will be!
I just want the right guy and am scared of getting hurt cos when I love I love with all my body and soul. It's so difficult with fame to find a guy dat will love you and trust you. not all women in the industry are loose. Guys and girls dat have more than one gf\bf, do you really love them all? I can't double date. One guy is enough for me. I will die for true love and I will give my all for true love.

You don't have to be cool to be my man and you don't have to be rich to rule my world. All I want is your extra time and your kiss. I wanna go on a date, go to the movies

Chris Brown ditches Rihanna moves on with Karrueche Tran.

Call her crazy but Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown are full-on living together. Sources close to the couple tell TMZ they hooked up days before his 24th birthday earlier this month and she's been staying at Chris' Hollywood Hills home ever since.
Though she's keeping her own apartment - smart - she's already moved most of her clothes and other personal belongings to his pad.
And it's not like they've been secretive - they've been spotted everywhere lately, hitting up the Billboard Awards afterparty and even rear-ending a Mercedes together.
Stay with whoever makes you happy...

Fierce!! Samklef Ft. Olamide - Suwe Remix [Official Video]

Artistes and Social Media Platforms(The pros and cons)

It is no secret that the Social media network has gone a long way in
helping artistes push their music. With the advent of
Facebook,Twitter,Myspace e.t.c but like they say "Too much of
everything is bad",i would like to air my own view of this.

Social media helps you to get across to a large audience at little or
no cost at all,you can build your hype get fans, post links to your
songs and videos and get feedback but there is also the dark side to
this(i know some won't agree with me).

Sometimes it makes the artiste lazy, you can't just sit down and let
the internet do all your work for you,you need to go out there and
promote yourself especially if you don't have a manager and record
label.Artistes like Papoose and Nicki Minaj started out by hustling
their mixtapes on the streets.

It also exposes you to all manners of people, the truth is an an
artiste(whether you want to believe it or not) not everybody is
genuinely interested in your music ,some just like the fact that they
are associated with you, such people can't give "reasonable
criticism".There is also the invasion of your privacy, some just want
to know what you eat, drink, who u are dating e.t.c.

Having brought out these points, all i have to say is whatever platform
you choose as an artiste just try to strike a balance and focus on
your career.Till next time,i remain Joy Enajeroh.#Uncovered.

Your comments, criticisms are welcomed, you can follow me on twitter @joy_enajeroh

Uncovered with D-Truce

Dusten+Truce%20image.jpeg
Uncovered: Who is D-Truce?

D-Truce: Well D-Truce is D-Truce(laughs),my name is Ebuka Dusten
Anyaise,Dusten is the D in D-Truce,that is my English name,i am from
Anambra State, the first born with 2 younger sisters and my mum,and i am
Nigerian(laughs)

Uncovered:I believe "Truce" means "Peace",what does "Dusten" mean?

D-Truce: Actually its ironical,"Dusten" means "Brave Warrior",so "Dusten
Truce";"Warrior of Peace",if you want to put it in that frame but i wasn't
really thinking about the meaning when i picked the name."Truce" came in
secondary school cos i used to be very quiet and i used to avoid fights,i
was trying to save my "small fine boy"(laughs). So everybody started
calling me "Truce",so me and my friends just coined the name from that
basically.

Uncovered: When did you start rapping?

D-Truce: I started rapping when i was in secondary school like when i was
in SS1 but not officially,it was like a hobby cos back then i was depressed
and the only way i could get past that was to write. With time i started
writing.

Uncovered: So you don't have Ghost Writers?

D-Truce: Nah,i write all my stuff myself.

Uncovered: Your two singles "Hollywood" and "Hold On" were inspired by what?

D-Truce: "Hollywood" was inspired by nothing actually,i was in SuruLere
that day,i hollered at "Decade",i went into his studio,he just finished
making the beat and i was like"i like this beat"and he was like "jump on
it" and that was it."Hold On" is basically me,struggles, stuff i have been
through, stuff i have seen, thee usual stuff every upcoming artiste goes
through.

Uncovered: I heard your mum is very supportive of your music career, how
does that make you feel?

D-Truce: It makes me feel very strong and confident ,at least knowing that
i could bring my problems that i face in the field and discuss it with her
and she gives me her opinion and she is cool with it.It is a very good
feeling.

Uncovered: Hip Hop has evolved over the years in Nigeria, what is your take
on this?

D-Truce: More and more people are trying to become rappers these days and
we all know the outcome of that so all i can say is that there are still
the ones out there that know what they are doing and know how to rap, those
ones have my support anytime any day, there are a couple i can vouch for,so
it is The Good,The Bad and The Ugly,it happens everywhere.
Uncovered:What are your hobbies?

D-Truce: I have a lot of hobbies o!,first of all i love food,i like
sleeping,i love playing video games,FIFA is my favourite game,i play
basketball,i play the drums,i play the keyboard a little bit,i have just
been too lazy to sit down and learn,i skateboard.i just like living a
simple life,yeah and i like money.money is a hobby abi?.That is practically
it.

Uncovered: You have worked with some big names in the game,Mode 9,Cyrus tha
Virus, you must really feel humbled working with these guys.

D-Truce: Definitely, especially the Mode 9 feature cos it happened at a time
when i least expected it,i have always been friends with Mode 9's producer
"kraftmatiks" since 2011,i didn't even know he was putting in word for me
to mode,so one day we were at Koko Lounge,Mode came through, surprisingly
for me he called me out on stage, and we started talking and one day day he
hit me up and said we should do a feature.I met Cyrus on twitter,he
downloaded my song and he liked it,so he called me up and said we should do
something together.truce%20bus'.jpgUncovered: Where do you see Hip Hop in Nigeria in the next 5 years?

D-Truce: Wow that is a heavy question, you should be asking Mode 9 that
question not me,in the next  5 years definitely Hip Hop is going to be more
accepted, there are new people coming into the game, there is me.Boogie,Lord
V,so definitely, there will be a structure for Hip Hop.
Uncovered: You came 3rd in the Nokia don't break the beat competition.what
encouraged you to go for it?

D-Truce:  well the question is not what its who lool, my friend cash bash,
he was one of the organisers, works with nokia, he made me come to the
auditions at koko lounge yo, and that day I had project presentation, came straight from school, in my shirt and tie and all lool

Uncovered: Do you have plans for an album
and when is it going to be released?

D-Truce: well every artiste has plans for an Album eventually.. Abi na?
  Lol..
But not yet sha, rounding up work on my mixtape, its call "The Truce Shall
Set You Free" #T.S.S.Y.F its basically a collection of songs that relate to
my everyday life as a regular guy.. And as an Artiste tryna be heard... And
yeah also as a good guy that gets zoned a lot *clears throat* lol
..basically like me telling the truth from my own perspective eventually
resulting to a peace of mind which is "The truce", and the truth shall set
u free innit? Lol you get me?.

Uncovered: How do you cope with the females?

D-Truce: Well Females are wonderful people lol.. I don't know, how do I
answer this question self lool.. When it comes to the females, I'm cool
with the females.. Them never plenty like that hehehe

Uncovered: Is there any lady in your life?

  D-Truce: lol next question!

Uncovered: What advice do you have for anyone who wants to come into the
  game?.

D-Truce: well, I don't think I've achieved much in the game to give advice
to anyone, sincerely...but well if I have to, all I'll say is.. Don't just
rap, Make Music..if you're good at it, keep doing it.. If you're not well..
Improve, or quit.. Its that simple. *shrugs*

  Thank you for your time.

You're welcome, its all good.. God bless. ..

Massive tornado rips through Oklahoma: over 90 people killed

A devastating two-mile-wide tornado touched down in Moore, a community of 41,000 people about 10 miles south of Oklahoma City yesterday afternoon Monday May 20th, killing over 90 people - including at least 20 children, with 24 more missing. Plaza Towers Elementary school was in the direct path of the giant twister and took a direct hit during 45 minutes of terror yesterday afternoon.

Homes, cars, a hospital and another elementary school were destroyed by the tornado. More than 120 people are being treated at hospitals, including about 50 children. The death toll is expected to rise.

Culled from punch
In a desperate attempt to draw attention to her misfortune, Esther Odozi, 21, bared her breasts on Monday on the premises of Ikeja Magistrate’s Court as she protested against hunger that was “killing her and the five children” she left back home in Agbor Owanta, Delta State.
Odozi laid half-naked on a road in the court shouting, “Hunger, hunger. Government must do something today. I have not received anything from the plenty crude oil money government is spending in our state. Nigerians are wicked.”

Isabella Ayuk addresses rumoured romance with Deputy Speaker

2013 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria was recently in a sex scandal with one of the top executives(i didnt hear of it so i cant mention names)
Here is her reaction to the rumour:
"As an MBGN winner, there will always be stories about one thing or the other. It's a normal thing. The story is hilarious and not true. People should learn to get their facts right. These people actually do not have names or faces. At first, it was the story of how I lied about my age, then came the dethronement story. Now this! Where were these people when I went of MBGN twice and finished top 10 and won best traditional costume award? And in 2012, with determination and persistence, I won and people who were obviously not happy about my victory cooked up stories. I can't bother about what people say because some people are just on this earth to talk about other.

JayZ Says Beyonce Is Not Pregnant.. No green lotus coming.

No green lotus(in correleture to blue ivy) coming oo,ge your nose off their case...
Jay-Z reportedly told an NYC DJ that the rumors are false.
Speaking via email with Hot 97, NYC's most preeminent hip hop station, Hov denied the long-rumored story that he got Beyonce pregnant again.

It was revealed on a radio broadcast today that Jay emailed the director, Ebro Darden, to say that despite the chatter, the pregnancy rumor is false.

"I hit him up to say congratulations, send my love to the fam," Darden revealed, but the rapper-mogul told him flat-out that "it's not true," he said.

Well ... that comes as something of a surprise, doesn't it?

For her part, Bey slammed the rumors and the "lowlife" people who report and believe them, but didn't deny anything. Jay's denial would be their first.

The pregnancy speculation really heated up after she canceled a concert in Belgium, then dropped the catch-all "exhaustion and dehydration" card.

That, plus the non-denials, seemed to confirm it. Then E! News reported, citing reliable sources, that she was, so it seemed legit ... but perhaps now.

Either it was false from the start or they're playing it close to the vest for now so she can focus on trying to complete her Mrs. Carter Show tour.
